So Im not relatively new to fish keeping. But I have never had to cycle. I got my sand from a friend and it had all BB in it. Filter Cartridge was at least 5 Yrs old (Tons of BB) But the thing that I am cycling doesn't want to cycle... I put in 4ppm ammonia and seeing it being consistent for 4 days now no spikes and no nitrites it is a 127 gallon kiddie pool I have outdoors the coldest it gets at night is 63-67ish I have a spare heater too will that help at all? I have In the kiddie pool java moss, naja grass, riccia, duckweed and hornwort How could I speed this cycle up?
