Cycling : "Ammonia alkali" -- might that be the right stuff?

Live abroad, sometimes have a hard time finding the correct supplies.

Have done an exhaustive search for pure Ammonia around here, only thing I have come up with is a measly bottle of something called "Ammoniaque Alcali".

Translation into English Ammoniaque = Ammonia, Alcali = Alkali

The bottle says "Ammoniaque 13%".

It is sold as a cleaning solution. There are no other ingredients listed on the bottle.

Might this be the correct substance for cycling????

If no other ingredients are listed, then its probably good. Its really strong at 13% . A little will go a long way.
