filling the ole 37gl after a 5yr rest.

It seems it was 2004 the last time I posted here. I think it was 2006 when I broke down the tank. Its been sitting in the garage all this time.
I'm thinking about putting it back in operation. I have everything I need except filters. The 37gl is a tall tank so I need lots of surface agitation so I'm thinking about 2 power filters. Either 2 Aquaclear 30's or one plus a Penguin Bio-wheel 150.
It will be a FW community tank. Nothing large or messy. It will likely get maxed out by the the time its fully stocked.
Is 2 150GPH filters enough to handle it?

37gl with glass canopy and 55w cf light.
200w heater
mix of coarse sand and gravel rock

I have the 37g tall and it's a great tank configuration . I have (basically) 2 AC50 filters on it for my Moors and they work just right for that tank.

That sounds right to me. Two AC50 would work or a 70 and a 30, I think two 30s would not be quite enough.

That comes out to be about 11x tank turnover per hour. More is better than less.
