Fish Staying on One Side

Recently transitioned my 6 fancy goldfish to 65 gallon tank. They seem to be generally healthy, are eating and active, the only problem is that they are staying entirely on one side of the tank. The other side of the tank is where the filter is. I added a water bottle baffle in case they were bothered by the current, but no change. Water temp is about 70 F. Please help!

Maybe the filter blows extra food in that direction so they hang out there looking for it.
