Hi, I have had a Java Moss plant on my 1-gal aquarium for over 6 months and it has thrived and grown lots. However, lately I have started seeing leaves developing a sort of film/web as shown in picture. Also, it has little "balls" of algae (?) showing up all through the plant. Any advice? I have not made any significant changes to the set up or location that I can tell. Thanks!

Here is the photo I intended to include in my original message... It shows the "webby" java moss plus "lumps" of some plant material (algae?) nested all over the moss. Any ideas? Thanks!
