I've been thinking about getting either/or.. but I've also been wondering if they could possibly live together?
Originally, I was going to do some Halfbeaks and Parambassis Rangas (maybe with some Cory catfish) in a 30" long 20 gallon tank.
I would love both the Halfbeak and pikeheads in one tank (probably a little bigger than the long 20 gallon tank), but I'd like to be realistic.
I've already got a 55 gallon that I'm stocking with Angelfish, Roseline Sharks, and a Tire Track Eel, (would catfish work with this too?)
But now I'm thinking about getting a smaller tank with some more predatory fish since I don't have the space, nor the experience yet to handle a Freshwater FL Gar or an Arowana.
