Snail In Cycle?

Is doing a snail in cycle a thing? I'd love to try it! Anyone know if I can? I don't wanna hurt anyone.

I've never heard of it. I don't think a snail would produce enough ammonia. Maybe if the snail was big and the tank was small. I'm not sure what their tolerances are to elevated ammonia and nitrite are. For the same level of entertainment you could just do a fishless cycle.
