Water levels?

To the left is tap water and to the right is tank water, what is my reading for the right NO3(ammonia)???

I would say it looks like 0.50ppm. I take it you've just started the cycle process? Is it a fish in or fish less cycle? I would suggest a pwc.

A few weeks in a fish in cycle, I do water changes every other day!
 
I'm sure you do but test your water every day and if your ammonia is displaying anything over 0.25ppm do a pwc of around 50%.
