Black Spot on Diamond Goby Tail

I woke up and saw this black plump spot on my diamond gobies tail. he is swimming normally and still digging caves, what caused the spot? I have peaceful fish, 6 line wrasse, perc clown, and a cleaner and peppermint shrimp.

Haven't a clue. Maybe it's another species of diamond goby?

Just checkd again, its a light brown color now. Could a piece of rock possibly fall and hit him in the tail. Doesnt look like any rocks have moved, but i could b wrong. The spot is A lite tan color now,, might be fading..

This morning its gone, idk what it was. I put in a little prime n fed some garlic flakes to the fish yesterday so idk if that helped or if it was just a scar that healed up on its own
