dirty cleaner shrimp

I have noticed lately that my cleaner shrimp has been hiding behind my anemone and when I see him come out to eat he is very dirty Seriously though he has what looks like a brown film covering most of him. What is this? He has never had a problem molting before and I just recently had my cb shrimp molt so what's the deal-just poor hygiene?
