Missing cleaner shrimp

I just did a pwc on my biocube last night. This morning the shrimp is gone missing. Is this normal?

Not normal for them to be gone. Sometimes if a fish is chasing them they will jump out of the tank. The more likely scenario is that he molted and is hiding inside the rock. He may surface I a day or two.
