Tang cover with Ich what can i give it?

I have a 90 gallon tank and one of my tangs is covered with it I don't have a hospital tank so how can I treat it?

I use garlic extreem from Kent at the first signs. It won't cure Ich but will help all your fish fight as it will boost their immune systems.
