Yellow eye tang pale

Hello had my yellow eye tang for about 6 months now. Parameter are good and I have plenty of live rock. I added a leopard wrasse about 2 weeeks ago. Is it possible the yellow eye is stressed cause the leopard is invading his space? Is it possible that this can kill him?

What do you feed him? How large is the tank? What are exact parameters? Leopards are notorious for having internal parasites. Did you qt the wrasse?

I feed him seaweed and mysis shrimp. Tank is 70 gallon
Nitrate is 0
Nitrite is 10-15
Ph is 7.8
Leopard was qt and was treated at fish store before hand. Al the other fish are fine
