I've got some rasboras (R. heteromorpha) that are red at the back of the gill flap. It doesn't seem like BGD because they aren't gasping for air. They are swimming all over the place playing tag and whatnot and are eating fine. Any ideas? or is this normal for rasboras? My Australian Rainbowfish have the same thing.
I am not too familiar with these fish; I tried looking up pics and they all didn't have the red gill flaps.

My ammonia is at 0.
pH is at 6.7
