Betta bloating

I, I have a crown tail betta that is acting a bit sluggish oday he is moving but stays closer to the surface of the water. Is he bloated?

If he is constipated, blanched shelled peas or fasting can help.

Ok, how long should he fast for?? A day or two??

Either is fine. You should see his behavior improve and that will help you to decide.
