Bloated puffer- worms???

My little guy has a bloated belly tonight. It usually rounds out after he eats and is full but it doesn't look right this time. I have read a lot about puffers being prone to internal parasites and I am curious as to whether or not this could be worms (and if so ways I can de-worm him safely).
 
It is really hard to say...bloated can mean constipation as well. How long have you had the fish? I am not an expert on puffers but know they are a fan of pristine water quality...so perhaps a few water changes and watch carefully...read up on any diseases that cause bloating and see if you can find a picture that looks like what is going on with your fish....or post a pic of your own...that might get some more people chiming in for you.
