Cloudy eye on Afican cichlid?

One of my Aulonocara Usisya males has a cloudyish eye. It has been chased around a lot and beaten up a bit from the dominant male so i put it in a quarantine, but anyone know whats goin on with it? Will it heal? Does it need treatment?

That's nothing to be concerned with as clean water and reduced stress will cure that very quickly.

Alright great thanks! I noticed that once i quarantined it, the cloudiness has gone away so i thinks its all good! I'm keeping him quarantined for a bit thought to help him regrow his fins back a bit.

Well it seems like another problem has arisen. The usisya now has a white dot on both of his eyes-and it like sticks out from his eye too. Posted new pics in the album

How are your water stats in the aquarium that houses the fish with the cloudy eyes? Maybe a water change will help clear it up.

Yeah i ended up doing a water change and it is looking a little better!
