Hey guys,

On the right eye of my pleco, there seems to be some kind of fogging. Is it early stages of pop eye ? :confused:
The left eye seems fine. There isn't a cone looking fogginess going on. What could this be ? D';

My tank is a 5 gallon tank. There's a heater in there set to 76-78 degrees. The pleco is the only fish in there. o__o; I've been feeding it Algae discs.

I would like to know what's going on with his right eye, and what kind of fish you recommend me to get as tank mates. (I've had him for about 5 months.) I did have a betta, but he passed not so long ago due to dropsy.. :(

Is it on the lens of his eye or the pupil? If it's on the pupil, it can be internal parasites.
What are your water parameters?
