Goldfish isnt doin well :-(

Hey everyone I woke up this morning and when my lights turned on on my tanks I noticed in my freshwater tank the goldfish's eyeball is popping out of its head just the one side
I've had it for a few years now and it's gettin pretty big and now this.
Is there anything I can do to help it ? Or is it dying?:-(
Please help me help my goldfish

What type of goldfish is he & what size tank is he in? What are your water parameters (ammonia/nitrite/nitrate)? I dont know what country you are from-many countries are very strict regarding fish meds & a vet will be necessary in order to get a prescription for antibiotics to treat this. Some more information will help us to help you better!
