My Powder Blue Gourami looks bloated and a stressed? What to do?

Water parameters?
Save a sample to test just so you will know what it was. Then i would do 2 50% water changes.
Fresh water (meaning always dechlorinated/treated to he safe for fish ) will help .
Is there another fish bothering this one?
Try feeding some peas. Canned preferably no salt, or frozen or fresh cooked remove the outer circle shell see if the Gourami will eat it. Live Brine shrimp can help clear their system, you can buy frozen type as well.
Sometimes they get constipated.
