I have some fish with ich but also have two platys that are not showing any signs of ich i have a 29 gallon tank and want to transfer those fishes to my other tank. Can i put the platys that look healthy into other tank or do i have to wait until the other fish have no ich.

Just because they're not showing cysts doesn't mean they are carrying the parasite, ich can be carried in the gills as well. I wouldn't transfer anything until the outbreak has been eradicated.
