So I have one dwarf gourami in my ten gallon tank and he's been acting weird lately. The past couple of days whenever I come up to the tank he's just sitting there. Sometimes he's floating at the top, sometimes he's lying on the bottom and today he's been lying on the top of a decoration. If I put my finger up to the glass then he will sometimes move and he's still eating. Is this normal behavior? If he is sick I got him in early April, so I know it isn't a disease from the store. Please help! Thanks a lot!

Nitrate- 0
pH- 7.6
Ammonia- 0
My tank isn't overcrowded and all my other fish are acting normal.
