MY Talking cat fish looks like it ate a golf ball

so I woke up went to feed the fish turned the light on (witch usually makes the talking cat fish dart to there cave) but one of them was moving real slow I took a better look and saw it had a golf ball for a gut dose any body know what she needs if she is going to lay eggs?

are the scales sticking out from the body? Is the bulging evenly distributed on both sides of the body or is one side more bloated than the other?

even its one big ball the fish looks normal color and scales look good all in line and strait

Is the fish eating and swims around some? does it look like its off balance?
