One more query....will this affect the life of my turtle too

Ammonia (in this amount) doesn't affect turtles because they don't breathe through gills. The turtle is adding to the ammonia with its waste. An 80L tank isn't big enough for 2 angels and a turtle (or two goldfish) and IMO they shouldn't be kept together anyway because the amount if waste the turtle produces can effect the health of the fish.
