Parasite ID and treatment options?

Full history and situation.

October 2018:
Moved with matured 7 year planted 20g long (Figure 8 puffer, 7 nerite snails, 3 Kuhli loaches, 7 Neon Tetras) to new town.
Set up 40g breeder aquascape to cycle with some media from 20g.
Followed standard procedures.

November 2018:
Slowly moved everything over to 40g, no issues.

December 2018:
Decided to trade the Tetras in.
Got 7 CPD to replace.
Still no issues.

(Set up 10g tank for Betta and snail farm for Puffer.
Used media and water from 40g.
Have 3 CRS and 2 rabbit snails in with Betta.)

January:
Got 3 Amano shrimp as I've had luck with the Figure 8 being non aggressive to this point, even with RCS, mistake.
Lost 2 Amano shrimp to puffer.
Put Figure 8 puffer up for adoption.

February:
Got 7 Gold Ring Danios.

Late February:
Got 4 Peacock Gudgeons.
Noticed one of the PG was flashing the moment it was in the tank.
Started vigilantly observing tank.
Noticed dark worm like silhouette in PG. (Might be poop)
Ordered Prazipro.

March:
Noticed my 3 Kuhli loaches have Ich.
Start Increasing heat for treatment. (77ish to 87ish over 4 days and held for 10)

Spaced out during this time I lost 2 Peacock Gudgeons, 2 Kuhli Loaches, 1 Gold Ring Danio (he jumped out of the tank), and 1 CPDs.

Dosed Prazipro after 50% water change and tank temp back to 77.
Lost 1 more Peacock Gudgeon and 1 more CPD.

No signs of Ich left.
Fish seem healthier.

During this whole time (and now) the Gold Ring Danios, plants, and Amano shrimp have shown no signs or symptoms.
The CPDs have shown no signs or symptoms, just the sudden death of 2 during heat treatment.

The remaining Peacock Gudgeon seems better but I've seen it flash once since prazipro.

April:
Now 2 of the CPDs seem to be losing weight and color, also flashing; however, still eating.

KEY POINTS.
Everything in the 10g has been in perfect health so I know it's not the tap water here.
All 7 Gold Ring Danios have shown no signs or symptoms. No frayed tails, no weight loss, nothing.
The CPDs, GRD, and Peacock Gudgeons all came from the same tank at the LFS.

There are 2 CPDS now that are:
Still eating but wasting away.
Seems to be gasping but not in distress or at surface.
Rare flashing.
Color fading.
Black poop or parasite at anus?
Fins frail/torn?

No other fish are effected as of now.

Thank you. The fish seems to be getting more color back after the last Prazipro dose.

I'll get something a little stronger and hope I don't need to use it.
