Pearl gourami may have ich

My female pearl gourami has been acting strangely and today I noticed she has some white film looking stuff around her mouth. I do not know what those is but I think it may be the early stages of ich. I quarantined her and she is ready for treatment as soon as I get a diagnosis. So any one got any ideas? She also only stays at the top and doesn't move much.

Also should I start treatment in the big tank she was in or hold off? I don't want my whole coming down with it.

Without pictures a diagnosis can't be made, sound more like Columnaris than ich.

Ok ill get a pic as soon as I can but right now I can't. She also when I left her her mouth began to turn red too if that helps. And also do you know how I post pictures to a thread? One last thing how do I treat this? What stuff do you recommend? Thanks!
