Planaria.. Fenbendazole dosage help!

Hey, I have had a planaria out break in my 6g/23l tank and have been recomended fenbendazole dewormer as a cure. Though I was unsure of the dosage I should use? Any suggestions would be greatly welcomed =)

I have them in my tanks. I think they're pretty much harmless. If they emerge, I think the fish simply eat them. I dosed one of my tanks with melafix a long time ago for a fish with an injury, and they appeared out of nowhere. It looked like there was hundreds of them. They disappeared though, and I've had no deaths or disease in this tank in more than 6 months.
