Ropefish sick help!!

90g tank
PH ~7.4
Ammonia ~0ppm
Nitrite ~0ppm
Nitrate ~40-80 ppm

Ropefish scales are peeling away on his face, his eyes are white and I think the same thing is starting with another of the ropefish. Last night he started to bleed a little from his snout. Idk if it's a fungus or parasite. The two that are affected are hiding whilst the third is completely fine from what I can see.

All of this happened within 12hrs time.

Does anyone have a clue what could be happening??

Those fish are neat never seen em before but I would try to isolate the healthy one and Medicate the tank it's gotta be some type of infection. Strange. Good luck
