sick fish

I think my fighting fish is sick.i came home from work and i saw that his left eye looks like it is bulging out and like something clear is covering it.
Tyson is my first Siamese so i am not sure, i did call the fish place and they said it might be eye infection but i am a little worried

hi, i just changed the water yesterday and the tempeature is at 27 degree. He still seems happy enough but i have a feeling it might be Pop eye.

i did put some accu clear in the tank, i wonder if that has upset his eye as it has happened so quickly !
