I recently placed 2 of my tiger barbs in a seperate breeding tank. Soon after moving them they both stopped eating. Now they both appear to be swimming inplace really fast, and there still not eating. This was 4 days ago. I have increased the temp in my tank to 86° added some salt, and started using some quick cure. I still am not seeing an improvement. Any other ideas? All my water parameters are fine BTW.

Was the breeding tank cycled? What were your water parameters? Did you acclimate them to the new tank?

Do a hefty water change, around 50%, and stop adding the salt and quick cure. Both may be causing more problems than solutions.

When you say your parameters are fine, I'd have to agree with DT in asking what are they exactly. I would also do the water change. What made you move them in the first place? Was there an illness?
