I have hara jerdoni which are small catfish about 1 inch long.

I believe one accidently ate a long, unhealthy, stringy blade of dwarf sag. It was swimmin about with what I thought maybe was hair algae sticking out of its mouth and it seemed to be bothered (breathing fast) so i tried to remove it but no good and it went and hid.

Now today I see what looks like a mostly undigested blade of grass stuck out of its pooper. It seems bloated and breathing fast. It still has the long thin piece coming out of its mouth which I cut shorter.

It wont accept food.

The other hara jerdoni are fine, not breathing fast, and have good appetites.
Water quality is good.
Has anyone experienced this before and what should I do
