Swim bladder disease what to do?

Hi I have a fish there have Swim bladder disease, it has trouble to swim normally is tilting upwards.

It's a fish got a week ago from a friend that did not want it anymore, he said that he has being like that for a long time, It's eating normally.

I had tried to feed it pears, and put salt in the water, what else can I do?
Do you guys think it is suffering?

By pears do you mean peas? You can try fasting it for a few days before feeding it peas again.
 
Yes i mean Peas, okay i will try too fasting.
