My honey Gourami just started swimming awkwardly on it's side, sank to the bottom of the tank, flopped lay there a few seconds, flopped around some, and than got back up and started swimming normally. Looks perfectly healthy now. I've seen this happen twice, once yesterday and once today. What should I do?

Could you give some details about your aquarium?

Size, water parameters, how long it has been set up etc.
Ammonia is well below 0.25 ppm but slightly above zero. Nitrite is 0. Nitrate is 5.0, pH is 6.4. haven't checked hardness recently but the water where I live is REALLY soft last time I checked. Tank is 20 gallons with 3 anubias, 1 amazon sword, and some rocks for hides. All my equipment is Aqueon. Temperature is 78 F tank has been set up quite recently
