Uh-oh, I think it's Ich!

Well, one of my goldfish has a whiteish spot on his left side and his bottom fin looks whiter than it did before. I am unsure if it is ich or not and I don't know what to do. I don't have a camera so how can I be sure if it is?

Yes, it is my new tank. Lucky me, right? If I look at them up close from the side they look sort of raised.
