brownish algae?

Hi guys,

some of my Live Rocks are rapidly developing large brownish areas. You can see them in the picture but my camera was too accommodating and gave the thing a nice reddish color. I assure it's much less appealing and browner in reality.

Is this just some good kind of coralline algae or should I get worried? Also is it OK that it spreads so fast (no trace of this just a week ago or so)?

get a mexican turbo snail, hell clean that right up for you, or a urchin if you dont have corals

I saw this post and i thin i have a picture of this stuff going nuts. just would like confirmation that my problem here is a lack of snails
