Found this little guy

Haven't added anything in a week wake up this morning and this guy us on a rock it's a snail of some sort what kind I have no idea is it good or bad?

That second pic almost looks like a Stomatella Varia. Can you get a pic of its shell?

It looks like a "Key hole limped". nice score...

If it is, i'm assuming you're going by the 1st pic? If that's a hole, wouldnt it be too big of a hole to be a key hole?

The two pics are of the same creature I'm guessing the white cap is it's shell

Thanks thincat for that link it looks most like the shield limpet and also thanks to that site I discover I also have an asternia star hopefully it's the good kind it's been in one spot on the glass for a day now have to watch him make sure he's not eating my coral
