Good addition or should I remove?

I think this is some sort of paly and I’ve read mixed reviews on whether to keep or get rid of. Thoughts? Click image for larger version

I don’t know why you’d want to remove a coral. It won’t hurt anything

looks like a brown paly in the right conditions they can grow fast turning to a nice patch
you can keep them in control with some basic trimming back time to time
they make nice fillers ,
