Looks like a mix between a satellite and jellyfish

I have something wierd on my liverock. I looks like a satelite dish (the kind to get tv). Looks like it made up of dandelion 'seeds' because it seems very light and fragile. and it pulsates like a jellyfish, maybe 1-5 times a sec (it varies). and its about 1 mm wide.

anyone know what this is?

oh wait...now its swimming where ever the filter currant takes it but its still pulsating.

I'm gonna guess hydroid. Hard to say though.
