Bristle worm. Don't touch it, he's helpful for your CUC.

There are mixed feelings on bristle worms and there are two different types. Should look it up to find out if you'd want them. We pull them out as soon as we find them, very common.

And don't physically come into contact with them, they will leave their little bristles on you and they could hurt.
