new critters...?

i am starting a 55gal reef tank & added a few things yesterday. we added a xenia, two mushrooms & some polyps. they are all doing fine but i have since noticed a long, BLUE, worm like creature. he seems to be spending most his time around the mushrooms, but doesnt seem to bother them. i will post a picture later in the day. but he is blue with white bristles & isnt more than maybe a centimeter wide, but im not sure exactly how long he is. any ideas & feedback would be great! thanks.

Bristleworms have a bluish/grey area on them, with white bristles. Chances are, this is what you are seeing.

If I am remembering correctly, didn't you just set this tank up like about 10 days ago? If so, you are really pushing things by adding stuff this soon. If not, just disregard this post
