Strange worm?

So yesterday I noticed about 3 worm like creatures that were tanish clear with little legs. They look like fleas almost but aren't water fleas. They're each about 1 cm long if that and very thin. They bend like inchworms and stay in the SG meter. I've attached some horrible pictures but would really like to know what these are and if they are bad

This should help id them Live Rock Hitch Hikers look under zooplankton as well as shrimp.

They are Amphipods. Reef safe and good scavengers.
