In market for new digital

I am looking to replace my current Nikon coolpix 4500 wih something a little newer.

I have a budget of $300 to $350 max to spend on this.

Included within this budget is the desire for a decent camera case, battery recharger, extra battery set and a large capacity memory card. I would like something with a decent opical zoom but has to be point n click friendly.

Well I went with the Canon A620. Newegg included a free 1gb SD card with the purchase.
