120 gallon reseal

I recently resealed my 120 gallon aquarium with all glass aquarium brand silicone I did this Thursday the package says 48 hrs dry time guy at dumpy pet shop says 1 week the temp where the silicone is drying is around 66 degrees how long do I have to wait till I put water in it my fish are miserable in the 55 gallon tank they are temporarily housed in

Give it a good rinse and you're ready to go. When we re-seal, we always give it an extra day just in case.
