How do people deal with the co2 at night when the plants aren't absorbing the co2?

I used two cups of sugar and 1/8-1/4 tsp of yeast per 2L. Dissolve the sugar in warm water, stir the yeast around in a little warm water to activate it and add it to the bottle.
