Finally got around to building a Bubble Counter and adding it to my CO2 setup. Not sure where I first saw this idea, as I made them from memory. Pretty simple to make. You just need one of those shringes for administering liquid meds to children and a check valve. Remove the plunger and glue the check valve into the base. I made three total, of which two were air tight the first try.

Definately nice to add to a DIY Inline CO2 Reactor setup, since it's harder to see if there is actually any production from the mix since it's not bubbling into a ladder, bell, or airstone where you can verify that there is CO2 being produced. I'm hoping it'll also help me to gage when production is falling off so I can tell with a quick check if I need to change out the mix early.

Update: I recently switched from DIY to Pressurized CO2. Still using these bubble counters and they're working great!
