DIY pvc cave. Pics included

i saw lots of posts about aquarium caves so i decided to make one myself. ill show you what i used and the steps i take.
This is what i am using:
2 'Selleys' glass silicone sealant 310g(clear)(FOR AQUARIUMS)
50mm pvc piping + bent attachments
2kg aquarium gravel(i dont think ill use it all)
hack saw
disposable rubber gloves
an old pencil to spread silicone

What type of fish/loaches are you building this for?

And my go(d), how big is that spider!? Does he drag people away or just eat them whole right at the window?

i got a black ghost knife 2day and i haven't really got many places for him 2 hide so i thought idd make it for him.

and the spider, im scared.. i looked away for a few seconds and its gone. its in my bedroom so i wont be sleeping well tonight 8O

That looks pretty good, one thing I'd be concerned about with narrow pipes like that is fish passing away inside and the trapped remains fouling up the tank, but it's still a fun idea though...

the black ghost i got is only about an inch and the piping is 55mm

the cave is justover 30 cm long. iv seen plain old strait caves and i wanted mine to be original so i put a split in it. ill put a pid of it finished for yous. i put a submersible light in there so in the night, you can see a weak beam of light shining out.
