Does anyone have this book? It looks very interesting to me, but also expensive ($80-$100). Lots of big pictures and info about all Polypterus species and color variants according to the blurb...

But $80..? :p

Gads!! I have to have that one!! The only halfway decent book I have on Polypterus is an old TFH book called Jurassic Fishes. Where did you see it? Heck....I'm about to drop $80 on Indochinese nemacheilines: A revision of nemacheiline loaches (Pisces: Cypriniformes) of Thailand, Burma, Laos, Cambodia and southern Viet Nam. What's another $80 for a book??

Here y'go: http://www.fishbookstore.com/store/aqualog.html

I wish I had $80 to just throw around... :/

Maybe I'll pick up the older one on labyrinths for now, just out of...curiosity, and then when I get back to school (and return to my job, thus having a source of funds ) I can get the Polypterus one.
