Liveaquaria.com inaccurate?

I was on liveaquaria an it looks like they arent giving the best advice of tank size.
I noticed the tiny bumblebee gobby has a minimum 30g and a guppy minimum 20g?! Is this way wrong or are we all fish tyrants?

Live aquaria can be conservative on some of their minimum tank sizes but I think that it is just to help people not overstock.
