Here is my first planted tank... It has really exploded! I'm happy about that!!!

Yeah it is fun! Addicting too! I always finding things to do in my tank.
 
I have 2 mbuna tanks ( 125 & 140) and a 90 g juvie Oscar tank... So live plants was not possible... The shrimp are really cool too to watch.
 
looking nice;) if it were sooner, i'd suggest switching out that gravel;)

but ur goal should be to make sure u hardly see it;)

I have black blasting sand in there. There are some handfuls if white gravel my son added to break it up he says. Looks good with the albinos tho

Oops.. Was thinking I was posting another... Ya my son wanted gravel in this one... Hoping that the baby tears eventually cover it. I have soil under so I'm not even going to try...
