Amazon Sword leaves starting off yellow??

My amazon lately has been producing a number of leaves that start off and grow yellow, they reach almost same size as mature and begin to SLOWLY turn green. Is this a sign of a deficiancy?


ALSO, I have a crypt that will shed about half its leaves, then get really FULL and start the whole process over again..Any comments?
